Forms and Rules

Like all state agencies, DODD is governed by state rules and laws, as well as federal regulations and codes. Stakeholders are encouraged to participate in the process of adopting, amending, or rescinding rules and laws. Once rules are adopted, they become part of the Ohio Administrative Code, known as OAC. Rules are reviewed and revised to ensure that each state agency meets the needs of their constituents and adheres to laws and best practices.
