​​​​​​The Office of System Support and Standards (OSSAS) is responsible for support and assistance to county boards to enhance the culture of service coordination and individual-driven service planning and support, development of the statewide assessment and ISP, and system support related to service and support administrators (SSA), Qualified Intellectual Disability Professionals (QIDP), and those who supervise them.
