The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities would like assistance in determining what quality indicators are important to people with disabilities who live in an intermediate care facility (ICF) and their families. The recently passed state budget requires the department to develop quality indicators for people living in ICFs. The input of people with disabilities and their guardians is valuable to DODD as the department develops recommendations.
Click here to complete a short survey about what you define as quality services in an ICF.
Please complete the survey only once, ranking your top five quality indicators, not choosing the same indicator more than once. The survey ends August 13.
