To register for a DODD portal account and access DODD applications, complete the Online Security Request by clicking “Launch” on the side of the page. Complete the Data Security/Confidentiality Individual Application and submit it to itscallcenter@dodd.ohio.gov.

If you are a county board or council of government (COG) user, you no longer need to fill out this affidavit. Contact the county board approver for your area.
