Update Coming Soon to Provider Call Center

All Providers:


Coming July 5, 2021, a new feature will be added to the DODD Call Center. Providers can call the call center 24 hours a day to check their payment status.


Independent Providers:


Providers will need to know their contract number when calling in. They will enter their contract number and the last four of their social security or TIN Number.


Agency Providers:


Agency providers can also use this new feature. They will need their contract number and the TIN number or last 4 of the CEO's social security number.
