Berry Nutritious Smoothie 

3 small Romaine lettuce leaves (could also use spinach or kale) 

¾ cup frozen mixed berries 

¼ frozen banana slices 

1 tsp Hulled Hemp Hearts 

½ cup Quick-Cook oats (uncooked) 

Handful nuts (peanuts, almonds, cashews…whatever you like. I used Spanish peanuts) 

1 cup milk of your choice (I used chocolate almond milk. Would also be good w. Oat milk) 

 

Blend everything together in high-speed blender until smooth
