National Core Indicators

National Core Indicators or NCI, is a voluntary effort by public developmental disabilities agencies to measure and track their own performance.

DODD uses NCI to measure system performance, and collect systems-level data that is used to monitor the service delivery system, make policy decisions, allocate resources, and help determine where to make improvements that will better support people with developmental disabilities and their families.


Interactive dashboards are available to look at NCI Adult In-Person Survey results. These dashboards look at satisfaction questions related to a person's case manager, staff, and service plan. Click on the link below to access these dashboards:
