After services are provided, a claim may be submitted for the  waiver services provided. Claims for services must be matched to an approved Payment Authorization for Waiver Services or PAWS plan.

The PAWS application allows county boards of developmental disabilities to authorize reimbursement. Board staff and providers may also view PAWS plans to verify a person's eligibility for services.
