The County Board Accreditation Review tool includes the questions that will be used to evaluate compliance during an accreditation review of a County Board 

The tool is automated in the department’s review data system or RDS. Any areas of non-compliance are submitted to the provider via RDS, where all records of the review are also securely stored and maintained.
