Behavior Support Strategies New Rule Training
Opportunities that promote a better understanding of the Behavior Support Strategies rule (5123:2-2-06, effective January 1, 2015).
This training conducted by DODD's Office of Provider Standards and Review is open only to county board and COG employees responsible for conducting compliance reviews. Space is limited.

For new assessors completing Individual Assessment Forms (IAFs) for non-state run Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID)
To help prepare for changes to the Level of Care Rule effective July 1, 2015, DODD will host a series of live webinars in April that overview changes to the rule, changes in LOC processes and new requirements for LOC evaluators. Register online to attend live or check back for webinar recordings.
In May, this page will also host a link to DODD's LOC e-course. This course will conclude with certification testing for LOC evaluators. The e-course and certification test will fulfill training requirements for evaluator certification in the LOC rule, effective July 1, 2015.

Brown-Bag Thursday Webinar, attendees must show an in-session duration (the
time an attendee was logged in to the webinar) of at least 75 percent but not greater
