NEW DODD Security Changes
You asked, we listened and are now ready to begin deployment!
Here at the Department of Developmental Disabilities, we've been hard at work completing the development of an entirely new Security Platform. The good news is that these are changes that will be WELCOME to users of our DODD systems!
Effective Monday, April 14, 2014
- As part of a new Self-Service Password Management suite, two enhanced functions are being introduced:
Change Password - allows you to change your password yourself any time if you feel your existing password may have been compromised.
Forgot Password - allows you to change your password yourself when you cannot remember your existing password without having to call the DODD Support Center.
- Revised Create Provider User Account screen used by New Providers as part of the Certification process to offer Medicaid services.
