The imagine Information System, or imagineIS, was built to support a person-centered team, which includes the person accessing services, their family and guardian, direct support providers and county board of developmental disabilities staff. imagineIS makes it easier for everyone on the team to share information in real-time, discuss goals and outcomes and communicate changes to services.

Available at no cost, imagineIS was designed to work with other state business applications, streamlining administrative tasks and data entry. Users are supported by the division of Information Technology Services Continuous Circle of Support, which offers system planning, training, implementation and on-going user support.

imagineIS training for providers covers building action steps, creating learning logs and working with a service plan.

imagineIS training for county board staff is grouped by user role, based on day to day tasks.
