The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities organized a workgroup in August 2013 focused on developing a supervision protocol for individuals with developmental disabilities who have been convicted of a sex offense.
In addition to the recommendations outlined in the Report and Recommendations of the Sex Offender Workgroup (listed below), the following documents were created by the workgroup to assist teams, county boards, and provider agencies in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities who have been convicted of a sex offense.
Many things contribute to living a healthy and safe life. One of them is scheduling regular check-ups with a physician, dentist, or other medical professional. This site provides a Wellness Plan that lists when people should schedule these visits, and which screenings are important to complete.
