The C/OEDI is a tool that records information about a person's abilities. It helps determine if a person is eligible for county board of developmental disability programs.

The COEDI, Children's Ohio Eligibility Determination Instrument, is for children, age 6 to 15 years old. The OEDI, or Ohio Eligibility Determination Instrument, is used for people 16 years old and older.
