The following enhancements to the Provider Services Management system are live as of February 4, 2019.
County boards of developmental disabilities now have access to view
the services on a provider’s application. Also, PSM-CRM will display both
a certification status and a sanction status. That will clarify the
status of providers who expired while a sanction was in process by showing
both statuses. Also for county boards, there is the ability to
search the application section of PSM-CRM by a CEO designee’s name.
The list of counties displayed for a provider in PSM-CRM will
show the first eight counties, with a plus icon ("+") to display remaining counties. For providers and county boards, that update will also include expanded notices
to providers of an upcoming expiration. Both email and dashboard notices
will be generated leading up to a provider’s expiration at 90 days, 45 days, 30
days, 10 days, one day, and upon expiration.
DODD hopes these enhancements allow for an improved and
friendlier user experience.
